Eligibility criteria for GACL Recruitment 2022
Education Qualification :
- MSW / MHRM / MBA (HR) from recognized govt. uni.

Experience :
The incumbent must have at least five years of experience in the following areas:
• Develops training and development programs and goals
• Understand all HR processes
• Controls spending in relation to the department’s budget.
• Utilizes a variety of media to obtain and/or create effective training materials.
• Provides coaching and training to managers, supervisors, and other participants in employee development initiatives.
• Plans, organizes, and facilitates training and development events for employees.
• Creates and maintains organizational communications, such as newsletters and bulletin boards on the intranet, to ensure that employees are aware of resources and training events.
• Evaluates and measures the results of all completed training through follow-up studies.
• Adapts programs as necessary
• Represents the ideal culture and ways of thinking of the association.
• Works well as a member of a team with other managers and HR personnel.
